I became a life coach because I’ve always been drawn to understanding how people think — especially when it comes to overthinking, self-doubt, and that constant feeling of not quite being settled in your own mind.

I know how exhausting it can be when your thoughts don’t switch off, when you replay situations, question yourself, and struggle to feel certain in your decisions — even when everything looks fine on the outside.

My approach is honest and direct when needed, but always grounded, empathetic, and supportive. I won’t overwhelm you with theory or jargon — I’ll help you understand what’s actually going on in your mind and how to take back control of it.

I’m here to guide you through that process, without judgement, so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in yourself.

What sets my coaching apart is that it’s not about quick fixes or surface-level advice.

I focus on real, lasting change by helping you understand how your overthinking patterns actually work — why your mind loops, why reassurance doesn’t stick, and why you keep second-guessing yourself.

From there, we work on shifting those patterns in a practical way, so you’re not just aware of your thinking, but able to manage it and feel more in control of it day to day.

I don’t believe in overly complicated methods or empty motivation — just clear, realistic approaches that work in real life, especially when your mind feels busy, anxious or unsettled.

This isn’t just about feeling better in the moment. It’s about learning how to steady your thoughts, trust your judgement, and handle situations without falling back into the same cycles of overthinking.

The goal is for you to feel calmer, clearer, and more certain in yourself — not just now, but long term.

We start by looking at how your overthinking actually shows up — the constant analysing, the anxious thoughts, and the moments where doubt takes over and begins to influence how you feel, react, and make decisions in your everyday life.

By bringing awareness to these patterns, you can begin to understand what’s really driving them and why they keep showing up.

Once we understand your overthinking patterns, we will work on changing how you respond to them, so you’re not automatically pulled into the same loops of self-doubt and second-guessing.

 

Using practical techniques that work for you, I help you step out of that mindset, quiet the mental back-and-forth, and feel more settled in your thoughts.

Real change comes from how you respond in the moments your mind starts to spiral.

Together, we then focus on applying what you’ve learned. We work on building habits that help you step out of overthinking, respond more calmly to triggers, trust in yourself and move forward without falling back into the same patterns of doubt, anxiousness and hesitation.
